All our aircraft our regularly checked and maintained by qualified people. Our aircraft services are of the highest quality. At present we are focused on sport aviation, and while we do not train commercial students, all students are very welcome to achieve their PPL license with us before progressing to a commercial training organisation. While all 'adventure activities' are risky, we at Aerosport, along with all other flying training institutions and the governing regulator or very conscious of safety. From the beginning of your training, you will be schooled both in the air and during ground school in safety techniques, how to avoid problems as well as what to do when you encounter one. It part of the very culture of our school.

Light Aircraft Fixed wing in a Cessna 172
The Cessna 172 is the most produced aircraft in the world, and has been the benchmark training aircraft for many pilots. It is easy to fly and an excellent training platform.
At Aerosport we use the Cessna for the Private License, Night Rating and Commercial License.

Aerosport offers training on for the following:
Fixed Wing Aeroplane: PPL, Type Ratings, Night Rating, CPL, and IF. The aircraft most used for this is the venerable Cessna 172.
Light Sport 3-Axis: All aircraft under 700kg and experimental class training for the National Pilot and Light Sport license. The aircraft for this training include the Savannah XL and Bushbaby.
Gyrocopter License: We use the Excellent Magni M16 gyrocopter for our training and offer a very highly skilled training program.
Weight Shift Microlight: The MPL training is done on the Aquilla trike and offers the freedom of flight at the lowest cost in the market
Fisantekraal, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
Travelling from Cape Town take the N1 Motorway towards Paarl (East): Keep going for about 38 km and just after passing the Tygerberg Zoo (signposted) on your left; take the R304 Klipheuwel / Stellenbosch off-ramp to the left. Proceed to the Stop. Turn left towards KLIPHEUWEL (North) and travel on this road for approx 6.4 km till you reach a 4-way intersection. At the intersection turn left on the R312 towards Durbanville (West) and travel along this road for about 1 km. At the top of the rise look out for the Fisantekraal Airfield Sign and turn right. Please note to be extra careful of traffic on this road when departing the field, as it is a blind rise from the left. Proceed alongside the Runway until the road leads you to a parking area, will see stop sign at gate, drive through gate. The office is directly in front of you. Look out at all times for aircraft, as you will be crossing an active taxiway. We look forward to seeing you at the field. Please don’t hesitate to call if you need further directions. Allow for about 45 minutes travel from Cape Town. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointment.
Travelling from Cape Town via Durbanville, take the N1 Motorway towards Paarl (East) and then take off ramp R302. Keep going for about 22 km, will see on left “Cipla” building, take the R302 Durban Road / W van Schoor Ave off-ramp to the left. On R302 keep going for about 6.4 km. Proceed to the Robot. Will see “Pick N Pay” in front of you at robot. Turn right towards Klipheuwel (North) and travel on this road for approx 7.6 km till you reach a turnoff sign ” R312 Paarl” with right arrow. At the turnoff turn right on the R312 towards Paarl (East) and travel along this road for about 4.3 km, look out for the Fisantekraal Airfield Sign and turn left. Please note to be extra careful of traffic on this road when departing the field, as it is a blind rise from the left.
Proceed alongside the Runway until the road leads you to a parking area, will see stop sign at gate, drive through gate. The office is directly in front of you.
