Cape Town Carriage Company has been doing carriage driving through the streets of Cape Town and its surrounds for the past the past 10 years. Our horses are housed in the Castle of Good Hope along with our carriages and we run tours daily.
Having done many weddings, matric balls, romantic trips and 10 years of driving double teams of horses, we find ourselves in the position of being able to teach others to do what we love.
Every person will learn from the very beginning.
This means that you will be assigned a horse that you will train with from A to Z.
It is an everyday job, so if you start we expect you to complete your training.
After all the times that we spent hunting for pieces of harness here and there and the ever elusive buckles, we decided it was high time we made our own harnessing to our own specifications.
So far we have made our own harnessing for all our carriages using different types of materials from leather to webbing.
Should you wish to have harnessing made to your own specifications, please feel free to contact us either by phone or email.
