As a harbour tour operator we pride ourselves in delivering pleasure on the water, and therefore offer a wide range of services, to meet your requirement.
They include Educational Tours, Business Cruises, Birthday Parties, Weddings, and our most recent addition, making use of our sister vessel for Fishing Trips.
Our daily fun in the sun trips, are made up of hour and half hour cruises, at rates you can’t say no to.

The Isle of Capri follows the shipping route into the port, observing how big liners navigate the corridor that leads them through the sand Banks.
We also show visitors the different docking points, Cargo Loading Areas, and Durban’s famous North Pier, where large cargo vessels exit the harbour through, what with respect to shipping, is a very narrow channel.
Our knowledgeable staff is well versed on the local sea and marine life and is on hand to discuss and answer, questions in this regard. Owner-operator and skipper in charge, Bennie, has an unrelenting passion for marine ecology and welcomes the opportunity to inform and educate.

The sea cruises are for one hour at 12:30 & 14:30 at R150 per adult and R100 per child. (Minimum of 25 adults – max 47 pax) (out of season only over weekends)
The harbour cruises are for 30 minutes staring at 10:00, every hour on the hour until 16:00 at R80/adults and R50/child. (African Princess – max 11 pax) (Umlingo – max 12 pax)
All public cruises we work on first come first serve (Come to the office, book and go on first available cruise)
Group rates for 30 or more people R50 pp for half an hour or R120 pp for one 1 hour.
We also have private charters, minimum 2 hours, maximum 47 people @ R2500 per hour. (On our boat “Da Boss”) Enquire for specials.
Special “Bafana” out of season– 2 Hour sea cruise max 11 people from 7am to 9am – R550 pp (min 6 pax) from January to April.
Special “Bafana” in season – 2 Hour sea cruise max 11 people from 7am to 9am – R850 pp (min 6 pax) from May to December.

We will take you on an unforgetable trip around Durban. Durban Harbour is the Biggest and busiest harbour in the southern hemisphere. Boat party Durban. There is so much to see, that the trip would seem shorter, than what it was. We will show you enormous ship up close. We will also ensure that you spend an informative hour or 30 minutes on the boats. Durban boasts the biggest harbor as it is capable to accommodate 58 ships at any given time and one in the Dry Dock. Join us on a lovely smooth soothing harbour cruise and de-stress as we take you on a 30minute cruise on a very comfortable boat. Daily from 10am to 4pm. Nip away to a rustic harbour marina amongst working slipways and see ships manoeuvring. Wilson’s Wharf offers a yacht’s spectacular view of the working Durban Harbour. Tamed Marina water ripples below the drinking decks of outdoor pubs where festivity is served warm and seafood is served fresh from the fishing vessels. See the fourth largest container port in the Southern hemisphere in action. There are twenty terminal operators. Over 4500 commercial vessels call at the port every year for loading or discharging of a variety of cargo. These ships don’t only enter for loading but also for repairs, re-fueling and surveying. The port has a circumference of 21 km. The different docks do different jobs: City Pier stretches from The Point to Bat Center and is numbered from “A” shed to “R” shed. Here they do steel, containers, plants and fresh fruit. Island View does all kinds of liquids and Bluff does coal. Then there is the Maydon Wharf that does everything from Sugar, Grain, Steel, Scrap metal, Wood, Paper, Fertilizer and Granite.
Come join us on an exhilarating 2hour cruise into the ocean on Bafana, to view one of the world’s most magnificent mammals, the Humpback Whale! (Advantage Tours permit W04) They migrate to our warm coast to breed and give birth. The trip takes you into and beyond the Mozambican current where the gentle Giants lazing past. They are very inquisitive and often breach to the delight of our amazed passengers. If we are fortunate we will see a mother feeding a calf that was born on the way from the Ant-arctic to the tepid waters off the coast of Madagascar and Reunion. These beasts are enormous and will do amazing thing to our astonished guests. The calves are enormous creatures and sometimes play right in front of your eyes with its mother. Siblings jump and tease one another seeking the mothers attention! We go out our comfort zone and into the Indian Ocean to view them at close range. The season for Whale watching starts at aproximately May through to November.
The nicest boat rides in Durban. See the ships pass meters away from the Wharf and see the very powerful tugs assist these monstrous ships in the confined space of the Maydon Wharf and Esplanade Channel. On the boat the ships pass very close to you. The pilots are disembarked from the sailing ships either by Pilot boat or Helicopter. Each ship (longer than 20m) that enters or leaves the port must be assisted by a South African Pilot to ensure a safe and easy passage in and out of the port. Durban Charter boat bookings.
